HQH Shes So Vein, better known to us as Oprah, was entered in the 2008 Congress Masters Class. On Monday before the class I noticed her having a nasal drainage. DJ and Shelly contacted veterinarian immediately. His diagnosis was not good. She had pneumonia and a very high temperature. Her lungs were congested but she wasnt coughing. She was transported back to the Beam's barn where she started her recovery. It has taken over a month for her to show improvement. She is now playing in the indoor arena but still isnt ready for riding.
I thank everyone who has ask about Oprah and we all appreciate your concerns for this great mare who has so much natural talent. I feel confident that we will be out as a three year old displaying her ability to
